When and how do I pay for the move?
You will pay after the service is rendered if it is a local move (unless there are special circumstances).
You will pay upon delivery if it is a long distance move.
We accept cash, cashier’s check, card (credit card payments are subject to additional charge of 3%).
What happens if my belongings get damaged during the move?
Our team will do everything in its power to safeguard your items with expert packing methods. But, in the rare event that an item breaks, one of our staff will review the item and compensate you for the damage according to the chosen coverage (unless there are special circumstances).

What are the bonuses when paying?
If you choose to pay by credit/debit card, an extra 3% processing fee will be added. If you choose to pay by cash, there will be a 5% discount for local moves and 3% discount for long distance moves.

How much time will it take to move?
The time it takes to pick up and deliver your goods will depend on several factors such as the weather conditions, size of shipment, and distance to the specific destination. 99% of local moves happen on the same day. Our drivers will also notify you 15-30 minutes before arrival at the origin point.
If it is a long distance move – you will know the delivery date before we even begin the move. Our drivers will also notify you prior arrival.
What is included in the services?
The price for all moves includes loading/unloading, equipment, transportation, fuel, mileage, toll fees and basic moving insurance.
Can I temporarily store my items with you guys?
If you cannot find a safe space for your belongings at your new home, you can store your goods with us till you are ready to have them back. The price of this will depend on the volume of stored stuff.
